- The Call: Your call will be received by a moving coordinator ready to answer all of your questions or set up a time to go over all the specific details of your move and from the very start, begin tailoring a service package that is right for your move.
- Estimate: One of our logistics specials will arrive to your appointment and be prepared to assess the size and cost of your move, walking you through each phase of the process. After you’ve received your estimate, it's time to schedule the move.
- Booking: For most local moves we are able to move everything in one day, but for larger jobs or long distance moves we will coordinate a moving schedule that fits your needs and takes your stress away from what is normally a very stressful situation.
- One Week Out: In the days prior to your move your moving coordinator will call to confirm the time of the move and make sure your items are prepared, and we are always available to advise you on the many facets of the moving process and answer any questions you have.
- Moving Day: On the day of the move our movers will arrive on time and prepared to start the relocation process. Our trained staff will pad wrap all of your belongings to ensure safe delivery, and are equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment to minimize the risk of any damage to your property.
